Return/Refund Policy
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, we offer a 100% money back guarantee or replacement. Please contact us within two days of delivery, and we will either provide a full refund or send a replacement item. Please note that custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. Custom items are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold. Items that are not custom made can be returned. We do not issue refunds or returns if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
- The purchased item is custom-made and cannot be resold.
- You are simply unhappy with the product.

We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if the item does not meet the criteria listed above or if the product has been used, altered or damaged in any way.

General Policy contd.
Due to COVID-19 and sanitary rules, we cannot accept returns at all or even provide full refunds for worn/opened items. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize safety.

To start a refund request, you can contact us here or at thekinkylinks@outlook.com. Please make sure to send us photo verification of the concern being shown so if your refund is accepted, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method. If you place an order and put the wrong shipping address you must contact us here within 12 hours to cancel the order or update the incorrect information or we will ship out the order exactly as it comes in. Refunds will not be issued if you order the incorrect size or the order arrives to the wrong shipping address and fail to update us within 12 hours (or if the order has already processed). Proper cancellation reason is required for approval of cancellation within the 12-hour period.

Unfortunately, if decide you changed your mind and want to cancel the order we will not allow that as we process orders very quickly so please be mindful before placing your order.
